It is always complicated to work where others live. All staff may benefit from these offerings, specifically designed to provide tools for working with complex populations.

Mental Health: Awareness and Skills, Denver │ February 5, 2019
Few of us are trained to handle mental health issues in our resident populations, yet our ability to do our jobs can be dramatically affected by residents who are dealing with conditions such as Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), addiction, and depression. This training is designed to give every staff person a baseline knowledge and a set of skills with which to respond to situations respectfully and productively.
