gov. john hickenlooper calls on general assembly to extend state low income housing tax credit program Today, Governor John Hickenlooper called on the General Assembly to extend the State LIHTC program in his State of the State address.
In only one year, the State LIHTC program has successfully supported the development of 1,902 affordable rental housing units; and leveraged over $168 million in private sector investment into Colorado. The development of these units will generate $593.8 million in economic impact and support 3,361 jobs.
