The following CHFA-sponsored Project Based Section 8 (PBS8) tracts will be held May 11-13: TRACS 202D and TRACS 203A Hot Topics This year we are excited to bring Jed Graef to the conference! As the leading authority on TRACS, the key components and issues of TRACS version 202D, and 202D TRAC errors, Jed is here to help you gear up for the next proposed TRACS version 203A. Jed began in the affordable housing industry as a programmer for A&M Software and was the development director and a designed the first Contract Administrator product, HFA Manager. He also worked directly as a HUD Contractor on the TRACS re-engineering project, specifically the original 202C Industry Specifications. He has been requested by HUD to chair various industry groups, including the assignment to write the specifications for TRACS 202D. Navigating the Compliance Complexities of Layered Programs We are also proud to bring Heather Staggs, a former CHFA and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development employee, to share her expertise in low income housing laws and regulations compliance.
