This presentation by the Colorado Civil Rights Division will give an introduction to Colorado Fair Housing laws. It will concentrate on disability discrimination, including reasonable accommodations and modifications.

Additionally, the presentation will cover anti-discrimination in Colorado employment laws, including an overview of the Colorado Job Protection and Civil Rights Enforcement Act, which went into effect on January 1, 2015. The act increased the remedies available to those filing lawsuits regarding employment discrimination in the State.

This class is free, courtesy of the Colorado Civil Rights Division. Lunch will be provided.
