congratulations to the winner of the first quarter drawing

Congratulations to Nicole Stauts of Birchwood Manor on her selection as the winner of a $25 gift card! Nicole was one of many members who took us up on our request for topic suggestions. Her idea, “Hoarding,” was a huge success, and we are extremely thankful for her insight.

No workplace—or life—is ideal. Demanding conditions, difficult people, and our own failures plague us. Add in factors of physical health, relationship stress, and financial struggle, and you have “life.” It sure does give us a lot to handle!

The good news is that satisfaction and fulfillment are still possible. In this class we are going to build our resilience, coping and problem solving skills.

The following topics will be presented:
  • Learn to expect stress and how neutralize it
  • Identify reactive patterns that sap your energy and passion
  • Defuse tense situations, mediate conflicts, and improve relationships
  • Increase your creativity and productivity
  • Align your personal and professional goals
Stress is inevitable, but burnout is not!
