reminder! chfa is transitioning to a new document delivery system
CHFA is implementing a new Document Delivery System for electronic file submissions that will replace eDelivery. All lenders that utilize eDelivery will need to transition to the new system by May 15, 2015.
CHFA is offering a number of short webinars to acquaint lender staff with the new system and prepare them for the transition. These 30-minute live webinars are geared toward all Operations staff, and provide a comprehensive introduction to CHFA’s new Document Delivery System. Anyone submitting files electronically for review to CHFA should attend one of these trainings.

dedicated email address for payoff statement requests. Please send all such requests to
