updated income limits for chfa single family loan programs

CHFA has updated its single family loan program income limits. CHFA’s single family loan program income limits are based on limits set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to establish eligibility for participation in HUD’s assisted housing programs. Changes to CHFA’s limits reflect changes to the underlying HUD limits from which they are derived.

CHFA has also updated its income and purchase price limits for CHFA's Mortgage Credit Certificate program, and CHFA's HomeAccesssm loan program.

The new limits, and other resources related to CHFA income requirements, are available on CHFA’s website. The new limits are effective for loan reservations made on or after May 15, 2017.

As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Business Development Specialist for any additional information or assistance.
