We will close at 3:00pm on Friday, September 8th to facilitate the move. We appreciate your understanding and patience while our downtown Denver offices have been under construction.
Lenders should begin preparing now for this move to ensure that loan packages are once again addressed to the Blake Street address. Increase to Tax Service Fee
On September 1, 2017, the vendor which provides real estate tax services for CHFA mortgage loans is increasing its fee by $5.00 per loan. Accordingly, CHFA will increase the fee charged to Participating Lenders for this service by $5.00. For purposes of debits to the purchase advice, CHFA combines the tax service fee and the flood certificate monitoring fee as a single debit. Therefore, the combined fee will increase from $63.00 to $68.00.
