REAC Inspections, Denver │October 18, 2016
9:00am to Noon

All HUD FHA-insured developments and all properties receiving Section 8 subsidy are subject to inspections by HUD's Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC). Join CHFA's own certified REAC Inspector to gain a greater understanding of the UPCS inspection procedure and what to expect from your inspector leading up to and on the day of your property's inspection.

This partial-day training delves into the background, scoring, and understanding of Uniform Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS) and Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) inspections. We will explain the different parts to a REAC inspection and how all inspections are organized and conducted. We work to demystify the process, ensuring everyone involved understands what the inspection process is aiming to achieve.
