thursday is moving day: chfa's temporary move
Effective November 14th, CHFA’s Denver office will temporarily relocate to 7595 Technology Way, Denver CO 80237, while we complete renovations on our existing building. We will return as soon as renovations are complete in Summer 2017.
CHFA’s Denver office will close at noon on Thursday, November 10th for moving. Normal business operations will resume on Monday, November 14th at 8:00am.
The move will impact Home Finance file reviews, so please plan accordingly.
To help avoid any unnecessary delays, please continue to submit loan files electronically via document delivery. Please also ensure that any mail, UPS, FedEx or courier deliveries sent on or after November 14th are sent as follows:
- Compliance file reviews needed by Thursday, November 10, must be uploaded via CHFA’s Document Delivery system prior to 10:00am on Wednesday, November 9.
- Compliance file reviews needed by Monday, November 14, must be uploaded prior to 10:00am on Thursday, November 10. All files received after that time will not be reviewed until Tuesday, November 15.
