In 2014, CHFA allocated over $11.8 million in federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits to developers
of affordable rental housing in Colorado. The $11.8 million will provide over $110 million in equity for thirteen projects. These credits are awarded competitively and in accordance
with guiding principles outlined in the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The scorecard includes a list of the 2014 guiding
principles, and a summary of how the developments awarded credit over the past year aligned with their intent.
