The Housing Professionals Institute (HPI) is a career development opportunity for those working in Colorado's affordable housing industry.

Participants at all levels will benefit by expanding compentency and expertise that is desirable to employers, peers, advocates, and clients. 

Employers will benefit from a reliable resource for onboarding and developing staff.

Registration options

  • Certificate – one participant registers for full series (up to four sessions within two years) at a discounted certificate rate (member and non-member rates)
  • Individual sessions – “a la carte” registration (member and non-member rates)
  • Group discount – for three or more participants registered simultaneously (member or non-member)
  • Unused credits purchased by an agency are transferable, should the original person leave the agency before the credits are used.
