CHFA is excited to announce new opportunities coming soon to our Western Slope office.
This summer, CHFA expanded our Western Slope team to include three full-time personnel. These affordable housing and community development professionals will help us enhance our customer service and technical support all along the Western Slope from, Cortez to Craig.

Home Finance Business Development Specialist
Pam has been a member of CHFA’s Western Slope team since 2007. She has long-established relationships with local housing counseling and mortgage lenders across the region. Pam will continue her work to advance affordable and sustainable homeownership across Colorado.
Community Relationship Manager
As part of CHFA’s Community Development division, Karen will coordinate CHFA’s investment in affordable rental housing and economic development across the Western Slope. She will lead CHFA’s local outreach, working to strengthen our relationships with community leaders and key partners.
Program Compliance Officer
With over 18 years of commercial property management experience, Davina will be a local resource for multifamily properties supported by CHFA’s programs, ensuring that they are aware of and in compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations.

The Western Slope office will be closed on Thursday, October 1st and Friday, October 2nd for moving. CHFA’s Denver office will remain open during this time, and customers may contact us at 1.800.877.2432 for any assistance needed during the transition.
community outreach and collaboration
Our new office provides us with the flexibility to spend more time in the community meeting with customers and partners. Additionally, it’s located in the same building as the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA). We look forward to collaborating with DOLA on ways to leverage both of our resources and staff expertise to support western Colorado.
in-office payments ending october 1
After careful consideration, CHFA will no longer accept loan payments at the Western Slope office, effective October 1, 2015.
Given a significant decline in the number of in-office payments received, we are confident that the majority of our Western Slope customers are successfully using our other approved payment methods, which include free online payments, mail, and pay by phone.
We are reaching out to the few individuals who routinely submit in-person payments to help them transition to one of our other payment options.
